Vitamin B12 Injections
Vitamin B12 shots can help with energy levels, brain function, boosting mood, improving metabolism, and weight loss. Vitamin B12 shots usually last 4-6 weeks. For best results a course of 4 is required once a week for 4 weeks and 1 every 5 weeks after the first course for maintenance.
