Q: Do you take walk-in appointments?
A: Yes we do take walk in appointments, however we cannot guarantee this at all times especially during our busy periods.
Q: How do I cancel or reschedule my appointments?
A: We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. A 50% charge will be payable if we are not given sufficient notice due to not being able to fill the appointment. This policy also applies if you fail to turn up to an appointment that you have booked.
Q: Do you have parking?
A: Yes, we have 3 parking spaces outside however we recommend allowing extra time prior to your appointment in case there isn’t a space available.
Q: What products do you use?
A: We aim to use the highest quality products for our clients including Lycon Hot Wax, CND Shellac, Young Nails Acrylic and Eyelash Emporium.
Q: Do you take card?
A: Yes, we take most major card providers excluding American Express.
Q: Can I book online?
A: Unfortunately we don’t take bookings online, but you can call, email or contact us using our Facebook or Instagram pages.
